Digital Village provides digital solutions, including but not limited to:
High-Performance Web Design and Development.
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) & AI-Ready Ecosystems.
Digital Marketing and Strategy.
Web Store (E-commerce) Development.
Quotations: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before project commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms: Final balance payments are due upon project completion or before the website “goes live.”
Late Fees: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 5% per month.
Our Tools: We retain ownership of any proprietary frameworks, code snippets, or AI methodologies used to build your project.
Your Content: You guarantee that all text, graphics, and trademarks provided to us are owned by you or that you have permission to use them.
Final Ownership: Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the final website/deliverable for its intended purpose.
To ensure project timelines are met, the client must:
Provide all necessary content (copy, images, brand assets) in a timely manner.
Provide feedback on design drafts within the agreed-upon timeframe (typically 3–5 business days).
Ensure that all business practices promoted via our services comply with Malaysian law.
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as defined in the initial proposal.
Requests for features or changes outside the original Scope of Work (SOW) will be billed at our standard hourly rate or quoted separately.
Digital Village will not be held liable for:
Loss of profits or data resulting from website downtime.
Changes in search engine or AI engine rankings (as GEO/SEO involves third-party algorithms).
Security breaches on the client’s site due to weak passwords or third-party plugin vulnerabilities.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination by the client, Digital Village shall be entitled to payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
