In 2011, Martin served as the Client-Side Strategic Lead for the digital overhaul of Courts Singapore & Malaysia, working in partnership with his Singaporean counterpart during the brand's high-stakes IPO transition.
While internal IT teams managed the integration with the COSACS (Computerised Stock and Accounts Control System) legacy architecture, Martin provided the strategic oversight for the total digital revamp.
